Returns
We offer a 14-day return window starting from the day you receive your order. To qualify for a return, items must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging. For hygiene reasons, opened beauty, skincare, and personal-care products are not eligible for return unless the item arrived damaged or faulty.
Damaged, Faulty, or Incorrect Items
If an item arrives damaged, defective, or not as described, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. Include clear photos of the product and packaging. We will send a replacement or issue a full refund.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
Return Shipping
- If the product is damaged, defective, or incorrect: we cover all return shipping costs.
- For normal returns (change of mind): customers are responsible for return shipping fees.
