Processing Time
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days. You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been shipped.

We currently ship to all countries within the European Union, the United Kingdom, and Switzerland.

• International Shipping: Calculated at checkout
Estimated Delivery Times
• Netherlands: 7–12 business days
• EU countries: 7–14 business days
• UK & Switzerland: 10–18 business days

Order Tracking
All orders include a tracking number. Tracking details will be sent to your email once your order is shipped.
Wrong Address / Failed Delivery
If the address provided is incomplete or incorrect, the customer is responsible for any reshipping fees. If the package is returned to us, we will contact you to arrange reshipping.
Damaged or Lost Packages
If your package arrives damaged or does not arrive, please contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date at: support@eleza.co.
Customs & Duties
Orders shipped outside the EU may be subject to customs taxes or import duties. These fees are the customer’s responsibility.
